1. How can I schedule delivery on a specific day?
Please let us know in the cart notes the date that you want delivery to be effected.
2. How should I ripen the fruits?
Most of the fruits packed into our fruit box will be either firm-fleshed or ripe. We give customers the choice to ripen the fruits to their desired texture and how this can be done is by leaving the specific fruits at room temperature for 1 - 3 days. The fruit should start to soften from its firm texture and can be consumed directly. Otherwise, you may refrigerate it for up to 3 - 4 more days.
During ripening, the fruits also become sweeter. There is an increase in the breakdown of starch inside the fruit, and a corresponding increase in the amount of simple sugars which taste sweet, such as sucrose, glucose, and fructose.
3. How should I store the Weekly Fruit Boxes?
We recommend to store the boxes in the fridge for up to 5 - 7 days, unless you would like to ripen the fruits yourselves (please refer to Question 1).
4. Is it possible for self-collections?
Yes, we are located at 6 Eunos Crescent #01-2641 S400006.
Your orders will be ready within 1 - 2 days and you will receive an email with pickup and timing details.
5. Do you take in corporate orders?
Yes, we do! Please email us at email@example.com with:
- the desired quantities,
- specific requests on certain types of fruits
- customized messages / number of addresses (if applicable)
We can also customize boxes for you, based on your budget. Let us know and we can work it out together!
6. Can I input a customized message for the Weekly Fruit Boxes?
Yes! Please let us know in the Cart Notes on checkout. We will handwrite each message and send it along with the boxes.
7. When do you update your boxes?
We try to change certain choices of fruits weekly. If we feel that the quality of fruits are very good this season, we will keep them for a longer time on the fruit box menu.
